Flashpoint: The Legion of Doom

After murdering one half of Firestorm, Heatwave is sentenced to death inside of a metahuman prison. Having a great hatred from the man who put him there, Cyborg, Heatwave comes up with a plan to take over the prison and form his own Legion of Doom, with the help of a surprising ally.
